It is located in Fiddler’s Cove Beach and Racquet Club on the lovely island of Hilton Head. Fiddler’s Cove is a private gated 23-acre resort that has two swimming pools (one Olympic-size), Hot Tub, ten Clay Tennis Courts, Racquetball, Children's Play areas, barbecues, and much more. You will be just steps to the well-maintained pool and a short, 10 minute walk to the beach in Building 30. This beautiful coastal inspired villa sleeps six with 2 bedrooms and a queen sleep sofa. Very clean and fresh! Renovations include: • Solid wood kitchen cabinets with beautiful granite counter tops • Vinyl plank in the kitchen, living and dining rooms • Vanities with granite counter tops, tile floor, and new toilets in both bathrooms • New tile shower in master bathroom added in 2020 • Furniture, bedding, and towels • Appliances – refrigerator with ice maker, smooth top stove, quiet dishwasher with stainless interior, microwave • HE washer and dryer • Top quality cookware and kitchenware • Flat screen Smart (Roku) Televisions • The villa is decorated in pastel greens and blues. Tons of extras include: • Free secure wireless internet • Flat screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms with cable • Crock pot, coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster oven • Extra linens and beach towels • Beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon and beach cart provided • Owner lives locally to take care of any problems and also assist in directions, restaurant recommendations and general island information. • And more!! ...again top quality and extra amenities to save on packing! This 2 bedroom villa is located on the 3rd floor. It has a queen sized bed in the master bedroom with flat screen TV with built in Roku and adjoining bathroom. The master bathroom has a new tile shower replaced in 2020. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, with flat screen TV with adjacent bathroom. The living area has a new queen sleeper sofa and 2 chairs with a 50 inch flat screen TV with built in Roku. A private patio with table and 4 chairs and loveseat set off the living area and master bedroom provides a perfect setting for snacks or coffee. Fiddler's Cove Beach and Racquet Club is located mid-Island off Folly Field Road close to the beach in a 24 hour security maintained gated community. The architecture of the community is colorful low-country casual. Large oak trees trimmed with draping moss provide shaded areas throughout the resort. Parking is right outside the door to the villa. The grounds are well maintained with lots of seasonal flowers and foliage to enjoy. Our villa has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing fun-filled vacation.
