One guest bedroom includes a queen bed, the other is another king bed. Each guest bedroom includes its own ensuite with walkin shower.

This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee plus tax will apply when you let us know youre bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit.
Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
Dock/Boat Lift: Boat lift not for guest use. Guests are welcome to tie their boat to the dock (boat rentals available from Holidaze in Fishermans Village).
Public Boat Ramp: Ponce De Leon Public Boat ramp is a few miles south of the house, Laishley Park Boat ramp is located in downtown Punta Gorda. Both offer easy access to the harbor and canal to the house.
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
Pool heat is an additional cost PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid.
BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.
