This beautiful finca is situated in a very quiet location in the rolling hills between Son Macia and Felanitx on the east coast of Mallorca. It offers a wonderful setting for an all-round relaxing vacation. Everything is just right here, a house in a class of its own.
First floor:
On this living level there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and en suite shower room. The heart of the finca is the beautiful and bright living area. It comprises a kitchen with dining area, a living room with comfortable sofas to relax on and a further living area with TV. There is also a guest WC. The living area and kitchen lead to the outdoor terrace with a lovely seating area.
Second floor:
There are three bedrooms here, all with two single beds each (90 cm x 200 cm), in two rooms the beds can be pushed apart. All rooms have their own en-suite bathroom, two have a bath with hydromassage and shower, the third only has a shower. The bedroom with shower room has access to a terrace with a fantastic view. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Outdoor area:
The garden is very well maintained, just like the house. It has been laid out with a lot of love and taste, and many different trees provide shade. Pure relaxation is guaranteed here. From the outside area you have access to the utility room with washing machine.
Pool:
15 m x 3.5 m, depth from 115 cm - 180 cm, stair access.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay. There must be 1 day free between 2 bookings.
Additional costs:
Please note that the price of this house is person-dependent. Additional costs may apply if additional persons are booked. There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site.
