Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in small boutique complex of just 4 special units. It's all about location. In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier.
Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. Ryckman park is a short walk with a playground, basketball and tennis courts. They also hold local community events there.
PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. This 1st floor unit is in our duplex building.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here; there are restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. The only problem we had was that you could not close the bedroom door if someone wanted to go to bed earlier or sleep later than the other. It would get hot pretty quickly, this would not be a problem when the nights are cooler.
