DESCRIPTION: Villa Himan is a detached villa bought in 2008 and totally renovated in 2013. The villa was used exclusively by the owners in the summer period but in 2014 they decided to let it in the months from February to November. Located in the hills this villa is an oasis of peace and quiet ; the ideal location for those who wish to have a truly relaxing holiday far from the madding crowd. The villa enjoys absolute tranquillity and privacy as it is set in its own 12,000 sq. mt. grounds with a swimming pool which has amazing sea views. EXTERIOR OF THE VILLA: The villa is a 3-storey detached house situated in the countryside of Riparbella. It has a floorspace of approximately 350 sq. mt. set in private grounds which are completely fenced in as well as having outside parking spaces and electric gates. As you can see from the photos the villa is well-integrated into the natural surrounding landscape, and the garden is rich in typical Tuscan vegetation (Maritime pines, thyme, holm oaks, etc.) but also with flowers and plants placed around the house. Outdoor lighting allows you to enjoy the garden also in the evening. Right in front of the villa is a 14 x 7 mt. swimming pool complete with diving board, solar-heated shower and bathroom, as well as sun-loungers and deck chairs. The pool has lighting and the bottom slopes from 120 cm to 250 cm. It is heated with photovoltaic solar panels situated in the grounds. Close to the swimming pool is an outside kitchen area with barbecue, gas hob and wood-burning oven for outside dining. The dining area has a table and wooden benches. There are variuos seating areas outside to relax in as well as a summer house equipped with table tennis and boules court. Furnished in a typical Tuscan style, the spacious, comfortable accomodation has 6 airconditioned double bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave etc. A hall leads to a double bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. The house also has another large self-contained basement area with separate access looking out onto the swimming pool and garden. This flat has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate kitchen and living room with sofa bed. The weekly rates include water, gas, electricity, bed and bath linen.
