Peaceful, quiet and clean cottage awaits you. This 3 bedroom cottage is updated inside and out. New kitchen, dock and deck as of 2021. Freshly painted and decorated in 2021.
LARGE deck overlooking a peaceful portion of Sharbot Lake with amazing views. Deck has seating for 10+ people. Hot tub on deck as well.
Dock is very sturdy with a 16’x16’ end which allows for fishing or lounging in Adirondacks. Separate seating area by the water with a picnic table. Sandy entrance to the water (not steep).
Inside has 1 bathroom with double vanity, toilet and tub/shower combo. Brand new full sized washer and dryer as well.
Master bedroom has a king bed and large TV with walk out to the deck.
Second bedroom has a double bed as well as a bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top).
Third bedroom has a bunk bed with double on bottom, twin on top and pull out trundle twin bed. Living room has queen sized sofa bed.
Bunkie (no electricity or water) has a bunk bed as well.
Window AC unit in master and second bedroom. Plenty of fans and windows for air flow.
Baseboard heating and oil fireplace.
2 adult kayaks and 2 kid kayaks.
4 season cottage that is perfect in any season.
