Summary: For the price, this place was great. Its close to the Bucerias downtown. Its on the side of the road for tourist, but an under pass right at the entrance to the local side of Bucerias. Its two blocks from the beach and the market place. Its right on the Lateral. There is a bus stop a few steps away to go to Puerto Vallarta as well as a bus stop coming from Puerto Vallarta on the other side. But be warned, if you are planning for restful nights or you're a very light sleeper. There is a bar on one side of the suites that plays loud music until 3am (good food though), and in the neighbouring backyard has chickens and roosters yelling consistently around 5am. But if you can get over that, this is a good place. If you're wanting to try local food as well as tourist aimed food, be close to the beach and shop locally, this is a great spot.
