This fantastic 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has a private south-facing pool and is located on the popular gated community of Legacy Park, just 9 miles from Disney World. This single-level home offers 2 king bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious layout. This beautiful single level pool home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private south-facing pool and a great location close to shops and restaurants, and just 9 miles to Disney World!
The open-plan living space is bright and spacious. The family room has an L-shaped sofa, a large Smart flat screen TV and sliding doors out to the pool area. There is a formal dining area to seat 6, plus a second breakfast nook to seat 4 with views over the pool deck.
The large kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and is fully fitted with all the amenities you need to dine at home including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker etc.
All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The attractive king master suite has a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, an en-suite bathroom with shower, separate tub and twin sinks plus a huge walk-in closet. Sliding doors also give you direct access from the king bedroom out to the pool deck.
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and Smart flat screen TV and is located next to the family bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds, flat screen TVs and access to a Jack and Jill bathroom.
The large south-facing private pool is the perfect sunny spot for a day of complete relaxation! The pool deck has a table and chairs area for outside dining, comfortable seating and sun loungers for soaking up those rays. There is also a shaded area with an overhead fan. A security fence is provided for families with children. The pool may be heated (optional extra).
The property is fully air-conditioned and offers free WiFi and local phone calls. There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer plus ironing equipment. The home includes a highchair and pack and play.
SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 bag per small bedroom bin and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with them/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.
LOCAL AND STATE RULES GUESTS ACCEPT WHEN BOOKING THIS HOME:
1. The maximum occupancy of the home is stated in the property listing and house rules and MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to be in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy.
3. Community enforced quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.
4. A maximum of two vehicles can park on the driveway, no street parking permitted at any time - the HOA will tow and this is the vehicle owner's liability.

THE PROPERTY ACCOMMODATES A MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE AND 1 BABY. IF THIS RULE CANNOT BE FOLLOWED, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THE PROPERTY. IF THIS RULE IS BROKEN, THE GUESTS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY EVICTED AND WILL FORFEIT THE FULL PAYMENT AND THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

POOL HEAT OPTION:
POOL HEATING IS $40 PER DAY PLUS TAXES, MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. Please book pool heat before you arrive. If you request pool heat after your arrival, please note it takes around 24 hours to get to temperature and there is a $20 call out fee to come to the home to switch the pool heat on for you.
Pool heating is set to 87 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature.
Please note that all electric pool heaters have a safety ‘shut off’ to protect against freezing when the outside temperature is in the low 50’s. The heaters will not operate until the outside temperature rises above 52 degrees. This is not a fault with the machine, they are designed like this to stop them from freezing up.
Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heaters will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat use – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat and by booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.
We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.
