Master bedroom is located down stairs and has King sized bed with attached bathroom. Dual sinks and separate tub and shower. Flat screen TV
Half bathroom located downstairs for family and guests.
2nd bedroom is upstairs and has queen sized bed.
3rd bedroom is upstairs and has queen sized bed with desk and chair.
4th bedroom is upstairs and has queen sized bed from pull out couch with desk, chair, and printer. Flat screen TV
Game room has pool table, board games, cards, toys, slot machines, movies (DVD's), and bar with refrigerator.
There is upstairs patio with desert and mountain views. Patio furniture for seats to relax.
Patio on the main floor has table to dine, lounge seating, BBQ, and fire pit.

Guests have access to the entire house.
