Summary: The owner was very nice and helpful, responded quickly with answers. No instruction booklet to work TV, no unit # given, had to reach out to the owner, entrance box was low on battery. The owner stopped by at 10:30 at night and let herself into the unit, which is not acceptable. She did this a couple of times during my stay.
