The luxurious Beachfront Villa Promenada, just 22 km from the city center of Zadar, represents everything you have been dreaming about for a long time. Villa Promenada was built in 2019 in a contemporary and modern style, and offers you 250 m2 of living space. It is only 5 meters from the nearest beach, where you will be able to explore the depths of the sea and swim in the Adriatic Sea. It is fully air-conditioned, and offers accommodation for a maximum of 12, and optimally 10 people. You will sleep in 5 bedrooms (2 are located on the ground floor, and the remaining 3 are on the upper floor), each of which has a double bed. There are also 5 bathrooms with showers and 2 separate toilets. As additional facilities, there is a washing machine, dryer and iron. The villa has 2 living rooms, which are equipped with a sofa, fireplace and television. One sofa serves as an extra bed for 2 people. There is also a covered seating area, and balconies with a table and chairs overlooking the sea.
