A little more than a mile south of the town of Rockaway Beach Oregon, off the beaten path and at the end of a long private drive you will find our brand new three bedroom, two bathroom house on a half-acre of tall shore pines built “Right on 7 miles of sandy beach”
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom luxury house is built directly on the sand and has direct low bank beach access (across the back deck, three steps down your private stair case and your on the beach) and boast up-close 'in your face' ocean views year around.
The home features; 24 foot vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, 'wall of windows' to the ocean, Marble, Granite, slate, Travertine, Ocean view Stainless island kitchen with breakfast bar, high end lighting & plumbing fixtures and all the other features that you would expect to find on a street of dreams.
The home is filled with upscale furnishings, locally made solid wood furniture, top quality mattresses (all new in 2016), expensive linens, Flat Panel LCD HD, TV's in every room, Dish Network HD Sat TV 'Hopper' any room DVR, DVD & Blueray players.
Guests tell us that we have the best equipped kitchen on the coast. Everything is new, clean and in perfect condition.
The entire upper level is the master suite with a bedroom with a king bed, (real bedroom with door) private bath and a small loft area.
The main level has an open floor plan entertaining area, 2 small bedrooms (Queen beds) with a large bathroom.
Sit on the couch in front of the fireplace and enjoy the up-close 'in your face' ocean views, or carry some firewood (provided) a few Steps out the back door for a fire on the beach. 'No disappointments!'
