Steps to the water, featuring the only detached screened-in porch located on the beach in town. Perfect for evening dinners after long day in the sun. The cottage is fully furnished, with two bedrooms, one bedroom has a king size bed, the other a Queen size bed. Two separate living areas, each with pull-out sofa beds. An enclosed attached porch with a Futon, plenty of room for 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Also, washer and dryer. There are many activities close by; Milford has a downtown with several restaurants within 15 minutes. The boardwalk at Rehoboth Beach is 30 minutes south, also with plenty of restaurants and bars. If you are feeling lucky, there are two casinos within 30 minutes of the house. 25 minutes away is the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. It launches from the quaint town of Lewes, also with plenty of charming shops, making it possible to spend a day in Cape May and be back to house by sunset.
