Beautiful beachfront studio apartment with stunning sea views. The studio was recently refurbished (new appliances, new bed, new armoire) and is located 50 meters from Marina beach in the Residential Aloha Playa, possibly the best location in Benalmadena to enjoy your vacation. The Residential Aloha Playa has 3 community pools, one for small children, all surrounded by large garden areas perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. This site also has free parking(in the months of high season is not guaranteed that there is free space but next to the building there is a large site for public parking). The accommodation is a studio type located on the ninth floor and consists of a large room with a queen bed, a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, TV and a dinning table for 4 people. The studio also has a lovely terrace with a breakfast table and chairs from which you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea, the beach, Puerto Marina and the coastal mountains. An independent kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, washer and all the utensils. The building has 2 elevators and common areas free of steps. There is a train station in Torremuelle 7 min by car and one in Arroyo de la Miel 6 min by car, city center is 15 min walking distance and Malaga airport is 20 min by car (15.3 km). The bus stop is right in front of the building, which makes it easier to visit the cities along the coast if you don't have a car. Also Puerto Marina Benalmadena, which is one of the most beautiful marinas on Costa del Sol is 5 min by car and 30 min walking distance, Paloma Park and Selwo Marina are 15 minutes walking distance, Tivoli Park and the Cable Car are 30 min. walking distance and Gibraltar is 1 hour and 30 min by car.
