Beautiful beachfront studio apartment with stunning sea views. The studio was recently refurbished (new appliances, new bed, new armoire) and is located 50 meters from Marina beach in the Residential Aloha Playa, possibly the best location in Benalmadena to enjoy your vacation.
The Residential Aloha Playa has 3 community pools, one for small children, all surrounded by large garden areas perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.
This site also has free parking(in the months of high season is not guaranteed that there is free space but next to the building there is a large site for public parking).
The accommodation is a studio type located on the ninth floor and consists of a large room with a queen bed , a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, TV and a dinning table for 4 people.
The studio also has a lovely terrace with a breakfast table and chairs from which you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea, the beach, Puerto Marina and the coastal mountains.
