Just a few miles outside of the city of Clearlake, You will find "Indian Gardens" a Private little comminuty ~ Stop @ the top to catch a glimpse & Spectacular view of this Hidden Cove & **Wonderful Beaches**. ~ Follow Google directions a little farther to......*The Secluded Grotto* ~ in the heart of "Paradise Cove" ~ the home is tucked back into the hill but still right on the beach ~ From the outside the home looks just ok!..... but it has this big deck overlooking the lake. Once inside you feel the difference! ... Not the look of just a "lake cabin" or "motel" ~ This home is not about a lot of "frills" as found in some rentals. Just clean comfortable serenity! ~ Nearly all you see out the huge glass doors is Your! 80 feet of Sheltered Beach! Nature! and Privacy ~ The subdivision is named "Indian Gardens" apparently it was a Special Place where the Indians fished , ocasionally you will still find an arrowhead in the gravel ~ Exceptional "easy slope" walk right in to the water with no drop offs. ~ Free roaming Deer every day ~ Fish jumping, Grebes & Gulls feasting, Inviting you to catch that Big Bass?? ~ Eagles nest on the top of the hill @ Windflower pt. Ospreys,~ Egrets - Herons - Plenty of parking for your boat @ the ramp area. ~ The water in the cove is normally calm & the beach has a slight slope right into the water, Ideal for small kids, swimming, kayacking, beach party, horse shoes, you name it! ~ Also for you fishermen, calm sheltered water to leave your boat on the beach or the ramp or anchor it out ~ Very little Northern light pollution so Evening Stars are bright. Watch the moon rise ~ Great fishing, Bass - Cat - or the ocassional 4' long Carp! ~ 2 kayaks to use including jackets/etc. ~ or just bring your book & sit on the beach reading ~ There is also plenty to do in our Lake County! 3 golf courses, ~ Wine tasting at our many!!! ...Prise Winning Wineries, ~ Hiking the volcano - Mt.
