The house is located in a completely privileged environment, as it is just in front of the PLAYA DE ARENA garden city and overlooking the Bay of Palma. It is only 10 meters from the beach. Easy and close access to all types of businesses such as: supermarkets, bakeries, banks, markets ... Car not necessary. The house has a terrace in front of the beach with sunbeds, parasols and a table to eat, have breakfast, dine or simply have a cocktail. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sheets and towels, all necessary household items as well as appliances. It has 4 double rooms with 2 double beds and 4 single beds. Groups of young people (- 25 years old) are not accepted.

Summary: This is a traditional house, located right across from the beach. The photos are very accurate. Gregorio, the owner, was very sweet and helpful. The house is older, but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great restaurants all within walking distance and very nice neighborhood. Beautiful views of the sea from the house and from the lovely sitting areas outside, Highly recommend!
