Summary: Lovely, private 3 story house in a friendly neighborhood of small streets and winding alleys. First floor has a large, pleasant outdoor patio with a table, chairs, hammock and multiple fragrant jasmine trees, adorable geckos, outdoor shower, and outdoor washing machine. Indoors, first floor has a well equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, indoor dining area, comfy couch, large TV, and AC (when it broke during our stay, Alex had it replaced THE SAME DAY.) Second floor has a full bathroom (with tub, shower, toilet and bidet), 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 tiny bedroom with 1 twin bed. There is a small alcove under the stairs large enough for a crib and this area is protected with a baby gate. Third floor has the third bedroom: very nice spacious bedroom with a double bed, full en suite bath and private balcony large enough for a twin bed if someone wants to sleep under the stars. All 3 bedrooms have nice views and AC. Playground, beach, cafe, supermarket and an all-purpose dollar store (selling swimsuits, hats, sunscreen etc.) are all minutes away. We stayed for 2 weeks in July and the beach was usually very calm... safe enough for toddlers. Free parking along the street. This home would be *perfect* for a couple with 1 to 3 small kids.
