Positive: Liked everything, but couple of comments below.
Negative: What was most difficult to deal with was the noise from the flat above. We could hear every footstep, every time furniture was moved, and sometimes this was quite late at night. Maybe thick carpets in that flat would help. There were a couple of other things which could improve the ground floor flat: 1. A small light over the dining table would create a better atmosphere there. 2. We used the washing machine. Next problem, how to dry towels and clothes. The only way was to put the heating on, which we would rather not have done in summer. So, please, some other way to dry clothes quickly.
