Located 1.2 kms to glistening Port Phillip Bay, fabulous McCrae cafes, restaurants & local tourist attractions. With only 2 town houses on the block and can both be booked together for larger groups.

There are perfectly landscaped gardens, with off street parking for 2 cars. Enjoy this well-appointed townhouse, in a fabulous location with a small park for kids to play directly across the road and a large front yard to sit and enjoy the surrounds or kick the ball with the kids.
