Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The lodge is simple but the family wil take good care of you. The lodge is in the forest (close to the gunung leuser national park) near the river. In the evening and morning you hear and see orangutans. Mala and Ricky are super friendly and excellent cooks and hosts. This way you support the local community and projects in the area.

Negative: You can only reach the lodge by motorbike. It is a short 5 minute ride from the mainroad. The host will arrange the transport for you at no extra charge!

Summary: We had a wonderful authentic stay and loved the view from the river.
