In the coastal an beautiful urbanisation of Bahia Grande, this magnificent house with private pool and capacity for 8 people awaits for you. The exteriors of this beautiful coastal chalet are very beautiful, highlighted by the great chlorine pool of 8 x 4 metres and with a water depth from 1.30 to 2 metres, ideal for a cool dip. It is surrounded by 8 sun loungers to bask in the sun, a beautiful lawn corner where you can have a delicious breakfast early in the morning and a very cosy porch for your never-ending evenings enjoying a good barbecue and a glass of wine. The interior of this two-storey house is even more beautiful, thanks to its wooden floors, its preserved Mallorcan style and a very delicate and comfortable decoration. When you enter, you find a large living-dining room where you can enjoy your meals all together and then sit down to chat with your family or watch the satellite TV, cooling downs with the air-conditioning and the great company of the views to the pool. The kitchen is independent but offers a small bar so that you can bring the dishes to the table more easily. You can prepare them in the gas cooker or in the oven. The laundry room offers an ironing board, iron and washing machine. There are 4 bedrooms with a wardrobe, 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. On the ground floor we have one bedroom with a double bed, a/c, an en-suite bathroom with separate jetted tub and shower, and space for cot and highchair. The other has 2 single beds.Upstairs, we find the 2 other bedrooms with a double bed each, a/c and exit to a terrace or balcony. Three of them also have a ceiling fan. Finally, apart from the en-suite bathroom there is a toilet on the main floor and a bathroom with shower on the upper floor. The whole house has oil central heating. Bahía Grande is an urbanisation belonging to the municipality of Llucmajor, perfect for lovers of the sea as it is only 400 metres away. After a short walk, they directly come across a combination of rocks, cliffs, and blue and crystalline waters that will enchant you. Perhaps bordering the coast, our most daring guests will find somewhere to dive into the sea, although the nearest sandy beach is about 8.5 km away in Cala Blava. if you like playing golf, the course of Golf Maioris is about 4 km away. You can do some daily shopping and taste the Mediterranean cuisine in this area or you can visit Llucmajor or Palma where you will find major services. Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. The wood stove in the hall cannot be used.
