The Breakers 1 is named for the crashing surf at the famous Windansea surf break just down the street from this beautifully designed beach cottage. Featuring two bedrooms and two-bath, this home is bright and airy with plenty of windows and skylights to let the sunshine in.
Open the door, and step into the chic living room with a large TV, beachy décor and comfortable seating. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with clean white stone countertops and backsplash with a stainless-steel appliance package. Dining spaces include a kitchen island/breakfast bar for 4 and a breakfast table for 2.
Step down the hall and there are two bedrooms to choose from; Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and TV, and Bedroom 2 comes with 2 twin beds. Each room has a dedicated bathroom; one with a tub/shower and the other with a shower. All beds and bathrooms are ready-made with white hotel-style linens and towels for your comfort.
Additional amenities include an in-home washer and dryer, beach shower, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and air conditioning.
Located in a highly sought-after coastal La Jolla neighborhood, this home is only 6 houses up from one of the most picturesque beaches in San Diego.
