Positive: The apartment is amazing, located in a building that looks like a medieval castle. It’s on the third floor with an elevator. The apartment is designed with great attention to detail, clean and spotless. The bed is very comfortable and large, and it has a cool vibe. But there are things to improve (read the feedback below)

Negative: There are quite a few things that need improvement: Let’s start with the size: it’s more suitable for a couple. We were four people, and it felt cramped. There are no shutters! The main window, which is very impressive, isn’t covered. It seems like the shutters were removed to make it look nicer, but then you get the sunrise straight in your face every morning. Another issue: there are no window nets, and you can’t really open the windows because tons of mosquitoes come in. It’s a shame because the air is nice. It seems like a washing machine was installed just to tick the box on Booking… but in practice it’s not useful because there’s nowhere to hang the laundry not even a rack. Honestly, installing a dryer would have been a smarter choice. One of the worst things in the apartment is the hot water boiler, it’s small and weak. There isn’t enough hot water for two consecutive showers barely even for one! It’s crazy and really disappointing, especially since the shower itself and the water pressure are great. The covered parking makes no sense unless you’re arriving with a Mini Minor or a motorcycle. In addition, there’s a huge building under construction right in front of the apartment, and the host didn’t bother to mention it. Luckily, we arrived on the weekend and it was also a holiday, so no work was being done.
