Enter into a spacious open plan living/dining area and be impressed with the stylish simplicity of the furnishings. The lounge area has two leather cream sofas, complimented by quality bronze curtains and cushions, and a wooden coffee table. A flat screen TV sits on the glass TV unit, whilst two windows let the light flood into the property. The dining area consists of a glass/wood dining table with 6 cream leather chairs. Decorative vases and wall canvasses complete the property’s stylish look. A side door leads out on to a covered patio area where the table tennis is located, as well as an outdoor shower
The kitchen benefits from large patio doors, with curtains, and is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. A window, with blind, above the double sink looks out over the back garden. The property also has a downstairs w/c with window. Go through the patio doors and find yourself on a patio covered by a wooden pergola. A glass topped dining table and 6 chairs make eating al fresco a delight, especially when it has been cooked on the BBQ.
