Positive: The only reason this B&B got a 7 is because of the owner. The owner of the property was very accommodating, friendly and he was the reason we stayed until the end. He deserves a 10.
Negative: The location is ghetto. The door lock was not substantial. We felt unsafe and barricaded the door each night. Daily reoccurring noise issues during quiet time. I almost got attacked by a pitbull staying in the unit opposite from us (pets weren’t allowed). The cleaning staff did a very poor job in the condo. We found dead and alive insects in the kitchen. Dirty surfaces etc. The owner was not aware how unsanitary the condo really was until we told him what we ran into.
