Positive: Nice little studio, clean, quiet area

Negative: During the day the heaters were working but in the middle of the night they got cold even when set at max. I guess the heating was disabled from the central boiler, but the studio being located at the ground floor /basement, it got quite cold. We were with an infant and that was quite problematic.
