AT002 BAIX A MAR: 3-storey house for 5 people in the area of Baix a Mar, the old fisherman's quarter of Torredembarra, 20 meters from the beach, ideal for the whole family. The house was completely renovated. From a small square we enter the house and on the ground floor we find the living room with American kitchen well equipped (includs dishwasher...) and a bathroom with shower. There are 3 bedrooms (one with two single beds pushed together, second with 2 single beds in the form of bunk bed, and the third with one single bed) on the first floor. For more comfort there are 2 air conditioning appliances: one in the living room and the other in the hallway next to the bedrooms. There's a large terrace (about 25 meters) with views of the square that leads to the beach on the top floor. The terrace is equipped with a toilette, garden furniture, a water sink and a stove for cooking. On the terrace you can also enjoy barbecue (there is a metal barbecue). In the area you will find restaurants and bars to enjoy delicious Mediterranean cuisine, a supermarket and a playground on the beach. In 10-15 minutes walk you will reach the historic and commercial center of the town.
TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR STAY:
Departure time:To set the departure time remember to contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Washing machine:Wait 5 min. before opening the door once the program is finished, otherwise the handle could be broken.
Air conditioning:It is forbidden to leave it on when you are not in the accommodation, or its use with the windows or doors open.
Shutters:You must be careful when raising them and stop before reaching the buffers. If you do it too hard, the shutter will become unusable and will have to be repaired.
Refrigerator:For optimal operation, it must be graduated at 5° (or between level 2 and 3 if it is not digital). The arrival day , remember to open the fridge as little as possible if you have loaded it heavily or with products at room temperature, as it can take several hours to recover the right temperature.
