Walking distance to several restaurants and downtown Union Pier as well as Townline beach. Your group will love the heated association pool and clubhouse just a short walk from house. Kick back and have your morning coffee in your screened-in porch or cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace. The master bedroom is on the main floor with its own full bathroom and king bed. The second floor has two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a jack and jill bathroom. There is also an additional fourth bedroom above the garage with two full beds and a pull out couch as well. This room also has a nice flat screen TV as well. Dining room table can hold 8-10 and there is additional kitchen island seating for four.
