The condo boasts 18" designer tile throughout, huge sliders for great views, and all the room you need for your vacation. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. This condo has all the amenities you would want including flat screen TVs, high speed internet, binoculars, board games, playing cards, DVD player, hair dryer, Zero water filter system, fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker and blender as well as a complete beach set with wagon, 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs. The kitchen overlooks the great room which features a flat screen smart TV including Sports package on cable TV. The master BR has a King bed with incredible river views and a beautiful master bath with seamless glass shower. The 2nd BR has a queen bed. The 3rd also has a queen bed to allow sleeping up to 6 in the unit. The Aruba condo building is the newest on the beach with construction completed in February 2021.
