The intelligent floor plan creates multiple wings for the modern family. Featuring four bedrooms, ensuite, two family bathrooms, powder room and multiple living areas. including library and casual living room, a sitting room opening to the north facing landscaped courtyard garden and an expansive kitchen, dining and living domain.
Past the sunny entry, the library or casual second living area with walls of built in joinery, hidden study, television nook, and plantation shutters is an absolute stunner. On the other side of the entry, the hall with modern wall art passes the amazing powder room, laundry and gorgeous child's bedroom before arriving at the main suite with walk-in wardrobe and sublime ensuite. Glazed doors open to the tranquil, private garden.
