Ariel Dunes II #1901 is an updated 3-bedroom, 3 bath beach condo that sleeps 7 with breath-taking views of the beach from ALL common areas, the master suite, and the private balcony. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar-sand beaches and Gulf from your private 19th floor balcony. Ariel Dunes II offers beach access, and an abundance of amenities like seasonally heated pool, sauna, on-resort dining, entertainment, and more! A large outlet mall is just 1/2 mile away!
Upon entering this updated vacation rental you will find a very large living area with comfortable seating, a large flat screen HDTV, and sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony with panoramic beach views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. This condo is the owner's second home so you will find more than your typical condo set-up. The dining area seats 9. The master king suite offers beach views with balcony access, an HDTV, and private bathroom with his and her sinks, walk-in shower, and bathtub. The guest suite offers a queen size bed, an HDTV, private balcony, and private bathroom. The other guest room offers a queen bed, an additional twin bed, an HDTV, and attached bathroom with walk-in shower. This bathroom is shared with the common areas. Included is a washer and dryer.
This Resort is gated and includes incredible amenities such as: five pools including a zero-entry pool (Ariel Dunes II middle pool is seasonally heated), eight tennis courts, sauna, steam room, barbecue grill and picnic area, onsite arcade, conference center, and is just steps away from the beach. Cabana Cafe is located on the first floor of building 1 for your convenience, so you can grab breakfast, lunch, dinner, or coffee, often with lively bar and music at night. If you are in the mood for Gulf-front dining, walk across the street to the Whale's Tail restaurant or a half mile further to Pompano Joe's, and enjoy fresh seafood, better than average drinks, and stunning views of the sparkling waters of Destin. Another higher-end restaurant is just steps away in the Seascape building. You can spend your days lounging poolside or head down to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf. Beach service is available through La Dolce Vita. Seascape also has an 18-hole golf course with practice facility if golf is your game.
