Welcome to our holiday home in Neuastenberg. After a day in the snow, you will be able to completely relax on the first floor of 'The Bear House'. The ski storage room means you can ski straight to the front door before curling up on the balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air and the winter sun with a hot cup of tea and a good book. The balcony extends across the full length of the apartment and offers beautiful views over the ski resort. Not a fan of winter sports? This holiday home is also a wonderful base for exploring the area. There are long walks through the hills, safe bicycle storage and a variety of good restaurants, all within walking distance. You won't forget this holiday in a hurry!

About this holiday home
This newly renovated apartment is located directly adjacent to the ski slope (Tenne Lift) and has its own parking space. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and is perfect for families with young children. Pets are also welcome (max. 2). There is a sofa, dining table and TV in the living room. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, toaster and complete kitchen inventory. The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm) and a bunk bed (90 cm per bed). There is also a fold-away cot and free Wi-Fi. In addition to a shower and toilet, the bathroom also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Skis and bicycles can be stored safely in the storage room.

Surrounding area
This holiday home is centrally located on the Neuastenberg slopes, a 7 kilometre and 12 minutes drive from Winterberg. You can hire skis and buy a ticket for the lift on the other side of the road. The large slope with numerous descents exudes tranquillity and a sense of well-being; it is also one of the most snow-sure ski resorts in Sauerland. The area surrounding Neuastenberg also offers a wide range of options in the summer. Stroll down to the village centre for an ice-cold drink on one of the cosy terraces, burn off some energy on a mountain bike tour, or head out on one of the beautiful hiking trails that lead you directly from the holiday home into the hills.
