Positive: Unbeatable location, just steps from the most beautiful beach in Punta Cana. The apartment is bright, clean, and basically right on the sand. The area is great — on one side you have more local spots, on the other, the big resorts. Staying in an apartment like this is definitely the smarter choice: more freedom, more privacy, and everything you need is within walking distance, including a really good supermarket. The apartment had everything: AC, fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen. I didn’t miss a thing. The beach is amazing — soft, cool sand even at noon, and the whole area feels relaxed and safe, even at night. Note: electricity is charged separately, as clearly explained in the listing. The host, Anna, was fantastic — always available, transparent, and super kind.
Summary: Amazing location. We will come back!
