Positive: I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get to. Host was super with communication and instructions on how to get keys and enter property. There are different options as to size of apartments. My 1 bdrm was perfect for my stay. The amenities were just want one needs to make and cook your meals at this place. Tv, Fans, A/C, coffee maker microwave, blender, toaster, stove & fridge are available if needed. Internet was working great. Easy to maintain clean and the host will change towels, bed sheets and all cloths weekly if you book a longer stay. There are hills, slopes but very manageable to get to where you want to be and your place. The small balcony in the back gave me the option and the space to outdoors without having to go out front by the street. Puerto Vallarta is very safe and mellow. Granted it is low season from May - Oct. It is close to the nightlife of Puerto Vallarta. 3 blocks to the sandy beach then another short walk to the main pier.
Negative: I actually can’t think of anything wrong with the Property. It all depends on your needs when staying at a place. Maybe that it doesn’t have a pool but you have the ocean right next door. That’s good enough for me. Lol
