Positive: Very nice location, close to Bouvetes sandy beach (4-5 minutes by foot) and restaurants, bus station, supermarket. I has direct access to very nice pool (the property is located at ground floor) and a very nice green area. It includes a kids pool and a garden shower. The terrace is very nice and spacious. The property is spacious, kitchen well equipped. Has 2 bathrooms, one with shower, one with bathtub. AC is very nice, centralized, which makes it more silent and not pointed directly to the beds. Beds are very comfortable.
Negative: Keys have to be picked up and dropped off at the office, which is 6 km away. This was very inconvenient for us, since we were traveling with plane+public transportation. No WiFi. Just 2 small soaps and 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 people for 7 days. No supplies in the kitchen, would have expected at least salt/pepper and sugar + kitchen paper towels. Pillows were very hard. Terrace was not cleaned, it was very sandy when we arrived. The closets were also not cleaned, we found sand there also. Dishes were not clean, with a lot of sticky marks on glasses, probably done superficially by the guests before (I think it would be better if that was part of the responsibilities of the cleaning lady)
