Summary: This property was a great location, close to restaurants, bars, shops and not far from lots of beaches. There were a few little issues which prevented us from giving too ratings and where the landlord would be wise to correct asap. The kitchen sink has a leak, which caused a lot of damp and damage to his units, and constant mopping up. The oven front glass panel has been glued on and previously damaged. This fell on my wife’s foot causing a huge bruise. The fridge does not reach temperature to store food safely and is running at about 10* c, which is not legal. We lost a bit of food, and had to eat out more than expected. The washing machine also broke with our clothes stuck inside and a crazy technician had to cut them out, therefore spent a lot of money on laundry. However great balcony for dining, lovely lounge and bedroom. Shower and toilet were fine, and a lovely gated safe environment with private parking. If these appliances were changed, our review would have been 5 star for sure.
