In the middle of the historic city center of Zierikzee, at the beautiful Havenpark, is the patrician house of Job Baster; Zierikzee's most famous resident ever (see statuette). Various general practitioners have kept their practice here in the last century. We have transformed the former practice space into a spacious apartment of 55 m2. The apartment is on the ground floor next to our own home, within walking distance of the town square and museum, the harbor and the Dikke Toren. - The living room is at the front of the house, which you reach directly through the private entrance. The living room has a sofa (which can be converted into a sofa bed), chair, side table, belly box, HD television (including HDMI), desk, desk chair, built-in closet space and beautiful historic cabinet. This space is 16.5 m2 and has a beautiful beamed ceiling. -From the living room you enter the hall that brings you to the bedroom area (15 m2). The bedroom has a spacious 2-person box spring bed, spacious wardrobe, seat, built-in cupboards and storage spaces. The bedroom also has an HD television. - Through the bedroom you enter the kitchen which is equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker with extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, countertop with double sink, combi microwave, sufficient cupboard space, washing machine connection. The kitchen (11 m2) has a seating area where you can eat and is equipped with an espresso machine, kettle, various pans, cutlery, plates of glasses and other eating and drinking utensils. - At the rear of the apartment is the bathroom with a walk-in shower with a rain shower with 2nd shower head. There is also a sink with mirror cabinet and a storage cupboard. Of course there are towels available that you can use. Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet with sink. - At the front of the apartment there is an outdoor seating area that can be used with a view of the Havenpark At the back of the apartment near the toilet is an emergency exit, which leads to our private garden. RELEVANT BUSINESS: - You can check in at any time from 15:00 We have a key safe in the entrance hall. Check-out must be before 11:00. The key can then be hung in the key box again. Please note: before opening and closing the locker, the code must be entered (ie 2x). If you want to check in earlier or leave later, please let us know, then we can see what the options are. - No breakfast. We do not provide breakfast because we have to leave home early because of our work. There is always coffee and tea and accessories. - You can use the kitchen to prepare your own breakfast. In the neighborhood there are also several shops where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. - The entire apartment is non-smoking. - Please always switch on the light when you shower. The fan is connected to the lighting. - The back door can only be used in an emergency. This exit leads to our private garden. - Pets are allowed after mutual consultation.
