Beautiful flat recently refurbished.
The house is situated only 50 meters from the beach of Puerto de Pollença. It is not necessary to rent a car, as in the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centres.
The flat is situated on the first floor without lift and is divided in 3 rooms, the double bedroom, a complete bathroom and at the end a living-dining room with kitchen included, a large window with terrace to enjoy.
If available, there is the possibility to rent the flat next door (they are exactly the same).
It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed Internet to be able to telework (600 MB).
