Positive: location, beach front very clean, credit to the cleaners secure grounds sea view, stunning lovely gardens, very well kept great shower, always hot water kitchen on site restaurant, more nice restaurants and bars nearby 15 min walk to the Balcon and old town perfect wifi,

Negative: dated property minimal soap provided on arrival, small tube, and loo rolls, 2, had to buy more refused to provide kitchen bin liner when full towels, washed and dried on site, baked in the sun, crispy, great for exfoliating told a number of times 'this is not a hotel' note, steps from ground floor to first and second floor apartments, steep ramp down to reception and ground floor apartments

Summary: the view of the sea, the beach and the gardens is everything here
