Each bedroom is outfitted with comfortable beds, freshly laundered, high quality bedding, and blackout curtains, ensuring that you have a restful night's sleep.

The five bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 9 guests, featuring three queen beds, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa located within the downstairs living area. And don't worry about packing too much, as the washer and dryer are at your disposal. Two of the bedrooms also offer desks and seating in the event one or more guests require a private area to work.
The neighborhood offers multiple water access points and a community beach (beach requires resident parking pass). The massive Quiet Waters Park is located directly next to Hillsmere Shores and can be accessed without leaving the neighborhood. Quiet Waters Park offers many trails, overlooks, pavilions, kayak launches, art exhibits, summer concerts, and beaches - a wonderful place to take a walk, bike ride, or car ride ($6/day per vehicle. The detached garage and shed in the back yard are not available for guest use. There is a locked owner's cabinet in the laundry room. Other than that, the remaining living spaces are available to guests.
