The complex includes a swimming pool that’s heated in autumn and spring and cooled to perfection during the heat of summer. When you’re not showing off your butterfly stroke you can luxuriate in the poolside hot tub and laze on one of the numerous chaises. The poolside patio also has a gas grill; if you reel in snappers or groupers while on a fishing charter, you can barbecue them right here. As beautiful as the grounds of Anchorage Villa are, just wait till you step inside unit 7472. Located on the 3rd floor of a non-elevator building, the condo is sunny, spacious, and filled with unexpected luxuries, such as a wet bar by the living room and a private covered balcony. The cathedral ceiling of the living area adds to the open, breezy ambience. The leather sofa and the cushioned wicker armchairs invite you to kick back and watch a movie on the 50” flat-screen TV with cable and a Blu-ray player. Placed alongside large windows that look onto towering trees, the dining table seats 4; another 3 people can sit at the gleaming granite breakfast bar. The bar also serves as additional kitchen counter space—and once you see how well equipped the kitchen is, you’re sure to be inspired to new culinary heights. Along with all the major appliances, the kitchen features plenty of minor ones, including a coffeemaker and a blender. You’ll find plenty of cookware and tableware too.
