The residence has been expertly constructed boasting ample space for large families or groups to relax and unwind in comfort.
Take in the spectacular views from your private terrace, watch the sunrise as your breakfast to the lake and mountain backdrop, top of your tan on the terrace or sip and aperitif on the luxury garden furniture at sunset. Alternatively, unwind at the either the outdoor pool in summer available to each apartment here at the residence or at the indoor the communal spa, pool and sauna at the residence, open 365 days a year.

We have five apartments at the residence to choose from. Features includes, satellite tv with selected uk speaking channels and DVD players.

The home is conveniently located to reach the village of Sala Comacina with its pretty lake front and typical italian village life. Guests enjoy the stroll to the lake to dine and enjoy delicious local italian dishes and wonderful wines. Sala is home to an excellent wine bar, superb butcher with the freshest cuts, bakery and convenience store and cafe bars. The location of the residence means you are just a short drive to Lenno for the beach, ferry and supermarket. Less than 5 minutes by car.
In less than 5 minutes walk from the property you can reach a lido with beach volley, basketball area, 5-a-side football, restaurant and beach.
In Sala Comacina there is another beach and a ferry station with a taxi boat to the island.
Plus some excellent restaurants serving delicious italian fayre such as La Tirlindana, the one on the island, Taverna Bleu, etc..
