VILLA TINA is a splendid three-storey villa situated on the Sorrento peninsula, just 4 km from Sorrento and 2 km from the town of Sant’Agnello; where you’ll find restaurants, shops and bars. The villa offers maximum privacy and can accommodate up to 10 people. There are four bedrooms, a private parking area, a private swimming pool and several terraces with wonderful views of the sea and the peninsula. The villa is fitted with air conditioning, heating and WiFi and has a total living area of 250 square meters.
Villa Tina is situated in the hills of Sorrento, around 10 minutes from the centre of the town by car; where you’ll find restaurants, shops and bars. The Circumvesuviana train station is also about 2 km away, with services running to Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples.
About 800 metres away, there is a bus stop with a service to Sorrento. The closest airport is 50km away in Naples.
You will need a car to stay at Villa Tina and you will easily be able to park for free in the private parking area. The parking area is suitable for two small vehicles.

THE PRIVATE GARDEN is well cared for and features a variety of Mediterranean plants and lemon trees. The garden is partially shaded by a bamboo pergola. From the garden, you’ll be able to admire a gorgeous view of the sea.
THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL is above ground and measures 6 x 3.5 metres with a depth of 1 metre. The pool area is equipped with parasols, sun loungers and chairs, as well as an outdoor shower. The pool is available from the 15th April until the end of October. From here, you’ll be able to enjoy gorgeous views of the sea.
THE FIRST TERRACE is partially shaded by a pergola. Here, you’ll find two dining tables - each for six people - and a stone BBQ. From the terrace, you’ll enjoy gorgeous views of the sea. The terrace can be accessed via the living room, the kitchen or the first bedroom.
Villa Tina contains warm, welcoming furnishings which have been carefully chosen by the owner’s entire family (both young and old) so that you feel right at home and enjoy an unforgettable stay.
GROUND FLOOR
THE LIVING ROOM is large and bright and contains a double sofa-bed, a TV with digital channels, a DVD/Blu-Ray player, a sofa, books, and toys for the children. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating.
THE KITCHEN is decorated in a welcoming, rustic fashion and is well-equipped with a five-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a moka pot, a pod-based coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can seat ten people. From the kitchen, you’ll have access to the first terrace and the garden via a French window. The kitchen is accessed via the living room.
THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a double bed and a fan. From the bedroom, you’ll have access to a terrace furnished with a parasol, a table and two chairs. The bedroom is accessed via the living room.
THE FIRST BATHROOM contains a sink, toilet, bidet and a shower cubicle with hydromassage function. Here, you’ll also find a washing machine and a hairdryer. The bathroom is accessed via the living room.
FIRST FLOOR (up 17 steps up from the ground floor)
THE SECOND BEDROOM contains two single beds and a large panoramic window. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The room is accessed from the corridor.
THE THIRD BEDROOM contains a double bed. From the bedroom, you will have access to a private furnished terrace with a panoramic view. The bedroom is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The room is accessed from the corridor.
THE SECOND BATHROOM contains a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and a hydromassage bath for two people (use of the hydromassage function incurs an additional cost of €45 per use). The bathroom is accessed from the corridor.
SECOND FLOOR (18 steps up from the first floor)
THE SECOND TERRACE is equipped with a table and chairs and boasts gorgeous views of the sea. The second terrace is accessed via the fourth bedroom.
THE FOURTH BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and a small kitchenette. The bedroom is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a sink, toilet, bidet and a shower with hydromassage function. From the bedroom, you’ll have access to the second terrace with gorgeous views of the sea.
Important things to know:
- Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 50,00 Euros will be applied.
- Damage Deposit: 300,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
- Use of internal tub, on request: 45,00 Euros per use.
- Final cleaning: 300,00 Euros.
- Daily cleaning on request, 3 days a week, 3 hours a day (including the change of linen and towels): 180,00 Euros.
- On request it is possible to have 1 extra single bed: 200,00 Euros per week.
- Extra linen and towels on request: 15,00 Euros per person.
