The Amelia Island Treehouse is the perfect blend of modern design and coastal tranquillity. Nestled at the back of our 5 acre property, our treehouse will be your secret paradise. Located in the heart of Amelia Island, you'll be just 1.9 miles to Beach Access #30 and 2.9 miles from Centre St. in Historic Fernandina Beach.
The Amelia Island Treehouse is located in the center of Amelia Island. The treehouse offers thoughtful accommodations for 2 guests. The living room has two ergonomic reclining chairs, a coffee table, small modular dining table, 50" flat screen television, and a ceiling fan. The kitchenette has a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, microwave, two burner countertop range, air fryer/toaster oven, and Keurig mini. The bedroom has a queen size hybrid mattress, two end tables, a closet, ceiling fan, and a full length mirror. The bathroom offers a luxurious shower, sink, toilet and mirror. The upstairs deck provides a beautiful view of our lush southern tree canopy. Enjoy meals at the cafe table or read books in the adirondack chairs. A gas grill is provided for those who wish to cook at home. The storage area under the staircase provides a home for the complimentary beach chairs you're free to use during your stay.
While the Treehouse will be yours exclusively, the driveway back to the property is shared with our primary residence. There is approximately 400 feet of separation between our home and the treehouse. Parking is directly under the treehouse. Guests will have to navigate the staircase up to the main level. Keyless entry code will be provided before check in.
