Beach front apartment (biggest model of the two bedrooms) with two separate living spaces (one bedroom apartment with kitchen and one studio connected). The studio and the apartment can be separated for better privacy if desired by closing the hallway doors.
The resort has 13 clay tennis courts and 2 18-hole golf course which can be accessed by appointment for a fee. Water rentals in the beach, beach bar and so much more!!
El yunque rain forest is 7 minutes away with waterfalls and trails. Carabali rain forest adventure park is five minutes away with rain forest and beach horseback riding, ATV four track adventures and more... Restaurants, Casino and live music in the hotel. Don't forget to visit Zip lining and night kayaking in the bioluminescent bay (an incredible experience in Fajardo or for a real treat head to Vieques)!
This property is large, offers magnificent beachfront views and is directly in front of the beach (separated only by the infinity pool). It is located inside the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa Complex, right next to the main Wyndham Hotel building. There is no other property closer to the Wyndham Resort amenities than this one! The property has two parking spots (one covered). The area is back to normal after the hurricane, restaurants and stores are now open.

Summary: I overall truly enjoyed the property. The Oceanfront view is one of the best I’ve seen ! We spent most of our time on the balcony, at the pool and hot tub or strolling along the beach . SO QUIET , and we walked 5 minutes to the casino . The King sized bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is tiny but was ok for our needs. We did find a lot of items in the refrigerator, I understand it’s not a hotel and a Sharing community , which is fine but expired things should be discarded, and finding condoms in the freezer was kind of weird . The dishwasher was dirty and had to be cleaned and no garbage bag provided. The appliances are old but we just dealt with it because when I sat on the balcony and listened to the ocean it was more pro than con. The apartment is on a corner ( Awesome) and super quick walk to the pool. Toilet seat and light in Master bath are broken. My boyfriend had to mop the porch and wash outside windows that were so dirty you couldn’t see through them. Only Netflix on tv, I couldn’t figure out cable tv , because I like the weather channel and my regular tv reality show but maybe it’s not be available , I did communicate to the owner and he communicated back. I appreciate the stay , just needs a good cleaning. Thank you. !!
