Forming part of a former hotel, the apartment has been designed around what was once the spiral staircase and has retained many original features including stained glass panelling.
The spacious open plan living area has its own unique styling and offers a contemporary living area, separate dining area and imaginative children’s play area. Large bi-fold doors open fully allowing you to step out onto a spacious covered balcony with glass balustrading and comfortable seating.
