Our unit is coming off a fresh renovation that includes beautiful granite countertops, brand new modern fixtures throughout, new carpet in the bedrooms with brand new bedding, new flooring in the living area, and of course the incredibly comfortable panoramic view of the golf course remains. We've made a commitment to offering a high quality experience with the goal of earning your repeat business. The entire 2BR/2BA condo is for you to use. Myrtlewood Resort is located off 48th Avenue off Hwy 17. Myrtlewood is a community with two championship golf courses located on-site with several different developments within the resort. Our section is located in the front, making it super convenient to get in and out of the complex. Short car or golf cart ride to the beach, and smack dab in the middle of everything. The condo's location pretty much splits the Grand Strand in half. With 63 miles of beach to cover, it can take over an hour to drive from one of the area to the other. When staying at our condo, you're never more than 30 minutes away from anything, and within 15 minutes of the most requested attractions. If you don't have a vehicle, the area is flooded with Uber and Lyft drivers.
