Beautiful 2 bedroom with, 2 full baths house PLUS a 1 bed studio with private full bath. The main house can accommodate up to 6 adults. Both house and studio have living, dining and kitchen, all with ocean views and doors that open onto a private marble patio. Private pool overlooking the bay. High ceilings, open floor plan, fans and AC in each room. The studio or "surf casita" that sleeps up to 4 is located just behind the main house and also has a view of the bay. It can be rented by itself or included as part of the Casa Gaviota rental. Pricing on the VRBO site is for just the house. If you want to add the Casita to the main house, the price is an additional $125/night. If you want to rent the Casita by itself, the price is 50% of the price of the main house/night.

Summary: This was a girls surf trip for us & we couldn’t have been happier with the location! We were a group of 6 with plenty of space in the main house and the casita. The pool overlooks to the beach which was a pleasure to have for after surf swim or watching the sunset. The sound of the ocean right outside was very relaxing. The windows/exterior doors all have screens on them which was nice for natural air flow throughout the house without needing the ac’s. Ryland & Shari were amazing hosts in opening up their home for us to enjoy. They had some snacks and drinks ready for us, to get through the evening when we arrived, making it easy to grab a quick bite and check everything out. We will definitely be returning! Thanks again Ryland & Shari!!
