With 1900 square feet, this 3BR-3BA townhome sleeps up to eight guests and is great for one large or two small families! Kick back and relax while enjoying the sparkling blue water of the bay at your doorstep. Once inside, you will enjoy the spacious, bay front living room with comfortable seating and a large HDTV. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for the chef in the group. The dining room table seats six and there is barstool seating for three. An extra dining table and four chairs makes it a pleasure to have a casual outdoor meal on the screened bay front patio. On the first level you will find a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, a double bed, and a nearby full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs is home to the master suite which is comfortably furnished with a king bed, generous closet space, an HDTV, and a private balcony overlooking the bay. The adjoining master bathroom offers a double vanity and a walk-in shower. An additional upstairs guest bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, an HDTV, and opens to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
